- Coface has secured 4th place in Newsweek’s World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2026 ranking in the Insurance category. As the first and only French company featured among the 28 insurers included in the list, Coface stands out for the trust it has earned from clients, investors, and employees worldwide.
Global Recognition Built on Stakeholder Confidence
Published in partnership with Statista, the leading research and data analytics institute, this ranking evaluates the level of trust companies inspire among their clients, investors, and employees. The study recognises 1,000 publicly listed companies across 23 industries, all headquartered in one of the 20 countries included in the analysis. Companies were assessed based on several key criteria:
- quality of products and services;
- customer experience;
- corporate communication and transparency;
- management quality, company values, and employer attractiveness.
Transforming Trade Risk Management Around Customer Needs
This distinction highlights the successful transformation strategy Coface has implemented in recent years to enhance service quality for clients and partners. The Group continues to invest in data, technology, and connectivity to strengthen its solutions portfolio and deliver a simpler, more efficient customer experience through a comprehensive global trade risk management ecosystem.
Coface now supports 100,000 clients across nearly 200 markets worldwide, achieving an average client loyalty rate of 20 years and maintaining a client retention rate close to historic highs, despite intense market competition and growing pricing pressure.
Service performance has also improved significantly, with a Net Promoter Score among the strongest in the industry and average response times for credit limit requests reduced by a factor of three.
We are particularly proud to receive this award the year Coface celebrates its 80th anniversary. It recognises the long-standing trust built with our clients, our partners and all our stakeholders.
This recognition encourages us to continue our transformation to make Coface ever simpler, more connected and ever closer to the expectations of those who place their trust in us.
